We build, take over and run custom software.

Web platforms, mobile apps and AI products for businesses that need software built properly. We also take over codebases other teams started, and run the cloud they depend on. You own all of the code.

What we do

Four situations we are usually brought in for.

Most projects start in one of these places. If yours does not fit neatly, tell us where it is today and where it needs to be.

01

Build a product

You have an idea, a spec or a prototype, and need it built properly.

We plan the first release with you, design it and build it: web applications, mobile apps, AI features and the backend they run on, delivered in short iterations so you can review progress as it happens.

02

Put AI into a product

You want an AI feature real users depend on, not a demo.

We have shipped AI image redesign (HomGPT.ai) and a chat product for a decentralized AI network (ChatNI). The model is one piece; we build the rest of the product around it: input and upload flows, the generation or inference pipeline, accounts, and the infrastructure that serves it.

03

Take over or modernise

Your previous team is gone, the code is fragile, or the architecture no longer fits.

We start by reviewing the codebase and infrastructure and tell you what state it is in. Then we stabilise it, fix what is broken and modernise it step by step.

04

Run and scale

The software is live and has to stay fast, secure and up as usage grows.

Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and DevOps so releases are routine, plus maintenance and support once you are in production. For longer engagements we provide a dedicated team that works as an extension of yours.

How each service works

How we work

From first call to running in production.

The same four steps whether we are starting something new or inheriting a system someone else built.

  1. 01

    Talk it through

A free consultation about the problem you are trying to solve, not just the feature list.

  2. 02

    Proposal

A proposal for the work. For an existing system we review the code first, so the plan is based on what is actually there.

  3. 03

    Build in short cycles

Agile iterations, with working software to review along the way, so priorities can change and problems surface early.

  4. 04

    Hand over or keep running

You receive the complete source code with no fees or strings attached. Keep us on for maintenance and scaling, or take it in-house.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Anything else, ask us directly at support@webtors.net.

Who owns the code?

You do. When development is finished we hand over the complete source code with no licence fees or strings attached. You can keep working with us on maintenance and new features, or take it in-house.

Can you take over a project another team started?

Yes. We start by reviewing the existing code and infrastructure. If the software works reasonably well, we take over the codebase and improve it. If it malfunctions often or is hard to change, rebuilding parts of it may be the better option, and we will explain why.

What happens after I get in touch?

Three steps: you contact us, we hold a free consultation to understand the problem, and then we send you a proposal.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Custom web applications and admin systems, mobile apps, AI-powered products, and cloud and DevOps work for software that is already live. The case studies on this site show the kind of work we mean.

Where are you based?

Our main office is in Seattle, Washington. The full list of addresses is on the contact page.

Start with a free consultation. We will talk through the problem, and if we are a good fit, follow up with a proposal.
